How does Resort Rewards work?
- You will receive your Resort Rewards Certificate to use towards the cost of your next holiday from Tropical Lifestyle.
- Choose your resort accommodation or holiday package from the offers in the Resort Rewards brochure, or browse the Resort Rewards Website for the full selection (clicking on the link opens a new window). There are over 200 4 & 5-star resorts in Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific, Asia plus international cruises!
- Call RewardsCorp (9am-5pm Mon-Sat AEST) on 1300 722 725 to discuss and book your accommodation or book online on the website. You will have up to 12 months to book and 18 months to travel. Resort Rewards are fully transferable to family and friends.
You can apply the full or partial value of your Resort Rewards Certificate or apply multiple Resort Rewards Certificates towards the maximum redeemable rewards amount shown within a resort, package holiday or cruise offer. You will receive a Credit Certificate for any unused portion of a Resort Rewards Certificate to use towards a future booking.
Should you not have enough Resort Rewards Certificates to redeem against your preferred accommodation, ask Tropical Lifestyle how you can acquire more Certificates, or call RewardsCorp on 1300 722 725 to discuss paying the difference.

How do Resort Rewards Certificates work?
Each Resort Rewards Certificate can be applied as a partial payment towards the Average Retail Rate for a stay in hotel and resort rooms and apartments at participating properties. The participating properties and accommodation rates are detailed at www.resortrewards.com.au.
Can I use Resort Rewards Certificates toward holiday packages too?
Yes, Resort Rewards Certificate can also be applied toward holiday packages which may include airfares, hotel taxes, airport transfers and special inclusions. What does the heading 'average retail rate' mean in the accommodation rates charts?
This is the accommodation rate that is either the rate published by the resort (retail rate) or has already been discounted by RewardsCorp. Due to volume business concessions with resorts, RewardsCorp is able to offer an extra discount on most resort rates — even before you apply your $500 Resort Cheques towards this (reduced) rate. What does this mean? You will be saving even more on your holiday than other resort guests!
When are Resort Rewards Certificates valid to?
Each Resort Rewards Certificate has validity dates clearly itemised.
How do I find out more about the hotels and resorts?
Our reservations personnel can answer your questions on aspects of each resort, and the suitability of various resorts to your particular accommodation and holiday requirements. All accommodation enquiries must be made through RewardsCorp on 1300 722 725 Monday – Saturday 9am – 5pm. Alternatively, you can email your details to reservations@rewardscorp.com.
Are there hotels and resorts in any other holiday destinations than those featured?
RewardsCorp is continually adding new destinations and new properties to its Resort Rewards collection. Email us at reservations@rewardscorp.com with any other preferred resort destinations and we'll let you know if there are any new properties coming online at those destinations.
How do I book my holiday?
Call RewardsCorp on 1300 722 725 with your preferred resort(s) and holiday dates and RewardsCorp will be able to confirm your booking, or advise the closest available dates. Alternatively you can book online with many properties through this website.
Do I receive written confirmation of my booking?
Yes, you will receive an Accommodation Voucher confirming your booking number, relevant details of your holiday booking and resort arrival instructions, confirmation of the balance of the accommodation charges paid by you, your Resort Rewards Certificate serial number(s), and any other booking particulars requested by you.
When do I pay for the balance of my resort booking?
Your accommodation payment is required upon confirmation of your requested accommodation and booking dates. This is the amount set out in the accommodation price chart in the promotion brochure and updated in this website — less the maximum redeemable rewards from your Resort Rewards Certificate(s) which is deducted at this time.
What Payment Methods are available?
Payment can be made by cheque, money order, bank transfer or with the following credit cards — Visa, MasterCard, BankCard (2.5% surcharge), Diners Club and American Express (3% surcharge). With payment by cheque, bookings can only be made upon receipt of cleared funds.
Will I be charged if I cancel or amend my booking?
Cancellation of your confirmed booking within 30 days of the accommodation check-in date, may result in the cancellation of the booking and the certificate. However, we appreciate that your circumstances may change and that you may not be able to travel to your booked holiday. We have therefore implemented an Amendment Policy where you can amend your booking dates for your selected resort as often as you require, (subject to availability) at a cost of $50 per amendment outside 30 days of travel.
How soon should I book my holiday?
To avoid disappointment we recommend that you book your holiday as soon as you have decided on your preferred resort and holiday dates. While we have a substantial number of holidays available a number of the participating hotel and resort room categories are very popular. Although we strongly advise against leaving your booking as late as possible, we will accept bookings with a minimum 21 days booking notice required. Bookings will only be accepted within 21 days notice at the discretion of Holiday Options.
What is resort availability like? What about school holidays?
The participating hotels and resorts are generally available between 8 and 9 months of each calendar year. Resort availability is restricted or excluded during most School Holidays. Public Holidays, Special Events and other Peak Season periods may also be excluded. However, restrictions and exclusions are determined by the destination and properties. Hotels and resorts in many destinations are also available from time to time during otherwise restricted dates. Please call RewardsCorp on 1300 722 725 with your holiday preferences for up-to-date resort availability and recommendations. All requested booking dates are subject to promotion availability.
What if my Resort Rewards Certificates are lost or stolen?
Please retain your Resort Rewards Certificate(s) in a safe place. Should you lose or misplace your Certificate(s) you must advise RewardsCorp immediately on 1300 722 725 and the serial number will be cancelled within our central reservations system. A replacement Certificate(s) will be issued to you at this time.
